Ingram Intrinsic Value (IIV) Index for Crypto

IIV is the character of the party behind a mint after the meme is stripped. Market cap is what the crowd paid today. IIV is who stands behind the coin.

IIV is an embodiment of our patented Neoscore for Crypto. Neoscore is a trust rank a party can see — taken from the ranks of the parties connected to that party, weighted by how trusted those rankers are, plus identity and conduct. A desk can then filter, block, price, or search. Spine: United States Patent 8,560,436, issued 15 October 2013. IIV is the first public application of that patented method to crypto issuers.

IIV is a public research score. It is not a live lending bureau, not a price target, and not a buy list. Neoscore as a credit desk remains a project. Quotes move. DYOR. House mint $POCK is tagged as house when it sits on the board.

What “intrinsic value” means here

Traditional finance uses discounted cash flow. IIV uses character. It answers three questions the tape will not: who stands behind this mint, whether that identity is the identity, and whether the product, the graph, and the history match the claim. It is not a NAV. It is not a promise the token will trade at the score.

That is how gold is sorted from garbage on a pad that mints tens of thousands of coins a day.

Why pump.fun first

Pump.fun is the largest launchpad on the tape — on the order of 23 million lifetime coins, tens of thousands a day. It is also the venue most in need of reputational repair. Bitquery, 1 November 2025 to 7 October 2026: 79% of pump.fun coins never trade after day one; 1 in 58 graduate. The pad already funds builders. It still has no public character score for the issuer.

IIV starts there because light is the damage control. Naming the few parties that have a face, a product, and a history is how the largest pad gets a reputation it can keep. The same method then walks to ClawPump, Meteora, Four.meme, Virtuals, and any mint that has a party.

The gate

The 2013 method verifies the party on the network before a score is computed. An unnamed deployer is an unverified party.

Anonymous issuer → IIV = 0.

No graph, no feature count, no holder print, no 180-day range can lift a zero. Identity opens the gate. Product, graph, tenure, history, endorsements, and house-network verification still have to add.

Identity Gate
No human or entity named on the issuer’s own site IIV = 0
Persistent public handle only (X / GitHub, no legal name) Identity band is thin. Score may run. Identity stays the smallest dimension.
Named person or company on the issuer site, mint locked Gate open
Named plus ID-grade corroboration (registry, audit letter naming the team, persistent same-wallet history) Identity band full

Additive score

The patent builds a score: profile, verified identity, bank verification, first-level connections, endorsements, co-signers, successful history. IIV does the same. Assumptions add. They do not subtract. An unsigned fact does not add. It does not take points off a row that already earned them. Anonymous is a gate (no score yet), not a penalty. A broken rail fails to add History; it does not dock Product or Graph already earned.

Patent (US 8,560,436) What adds in IIV v1
Verify the party on the network Named human or entity on the issuer site; mint locked.
Web page component on the profile Board row plus Propose / Connect / Endorse. The project installs itself onto the graph.
Completed profile and ID Live site, docs, named team, locked mint, working product pages.
Bank-account verification One free house-network add: Genius Wallet, or Genius Merchant Wallet / shop (merchant is the higher band).
First-level connections, age, activity Holders with tenure; named team wallets; other IIV parties; proposed addresses that connect.
Endorsements from verified users; co-signers Pump Fund, ClawPump, named audit, IIV Connect/Endorse from a related address. Execs and board who connect.
Successful payments / history Settled buybacks, live spend, Mercantile till receipts if the shop is listed.

Public dimensions

The board prints dimension bars, then a composite IIV 0–100 the reader can see. Claim 5 mix: profile, history, base/graph, endorsements — each with a weighting. Graph recursion follows Fig. 7: base plus first-level scores scaled by α. Exact α and per-edge weights stay in the engine. The person can see the dimensions.

# Dimension Patent analog What adds (v1)
0 Identity (gate) Verify the party Named issuer. Unverified = no composite yet.
1 Product Profile completeness Each live feature: spend, site, docs, on-chain fee or buyback, working app. Roadmap does not add.
2 Graph First-level connections; age and activity Distinct holders with tenure; founder / exec / board addresses; edges to other IIV parties. Wash clusters do not add.
3 Tenure Length of time Days since first pair / first mint. Log-scaled. More days add.
4 History Successful payments, positive feedback 180-day survival when it exists; settled buybacks; live fee flow. Breaks do not add and do not dock other dimensions.
5 Endorsement Verified first-level endorsements Verified Genius Wallet endorsement (0–5) plus first-level edge. Genius likes are a separate, capped recommendation. Weight follows the endorser’s IIV.
6 House network Bank verify + host-site registration One free add. Genius Wallet, or Genius Merchant Wallet / listed shop. Merchant is the higher band because listing runs more than twenty parameters, including OFAC.

Composite: unverified identity → IIV 0. Otherwise a visible 0–100 from the claim-5 mix plus the first-level graph term. History before 180 days prints n/a and does not add.

Your IIV

Pro DCA starts a private person-node clock the day the subscription is live. The subscriber sees the composite and the bars. House does not publish or share that number without permission. Time in the file is already an element of the score — an early start is the advantage when they later opt in. Early Pro subscribers have a louder voice in what IIV ships next. Your data, your choice.

Impartial Transparent AI Adjudication

BROK manages the gates. Same engine, every party. Heuristic, quadrivalent stance: true, false, both, neither — a data lake, not a narrow pipe. One hard verify (the party is identified). After that, mixed files stay mixed. Our thesis and our practice: If a contest or election wants a human, that human comes last, reading a record that already ran as quality checker and sampler. Humans should not attempt to drain the lake to find the fish. Let BROK scan every living thing and find the anomalies, the targets, the big fish and leave the minnows alone. Intent: truth ahead of taste. House $POCK is tagged and still runs the engine.

Likes and endorsements

The board is the patent’s web-page component. A Genius Wallet is the identity gate. One like or one endorsement per project per wallet.

Like (recommendation)

Genius Wallet. Friend-class add, log-capped, de minimis on the project. No first-level edge. The liker’s IIV does not co-move.

Endorse

Genius Wallet. Verified 0–5 endorsement plus a first-level edge both ways. If the project’s IIV rises, the endorser’s IIV rises. If it falls or goes to 0, that edge adds 0. Embodiment rules live in the IIV patent-practice folder.

Patent formula (baseline)

Fig. 7 of US 8,560,436: count first-level connections; weight each by length of time and activity; compute a base score from profile registration, bank verification, ID verification, co-signers, friends, verified friends, endorsements, and history; then fold in the assessment scores of those first-level connections.

Teaching in the specification: s(A) = b(A) + α · Σ wi · s(Bi), with α in (0, 1) and wi larger when the edge is older, more active, or shares connections. Claim 5 then mixes profile criteria, lending history, that base, and endorsements — each with an associated weighting. IIV v1 is that method on a mint. The board prints the dimensions. α and per-edge w stay in the engine.

How the adds stack

House network is one add. Both bands are free.

Party What fires House network
Unnamed deployer Gate closed. IIV 0. —
Named team, live product, aged mint Identity, Product, Graph, Tenure, History (when 180d exists) add. —
Same, plus related Genius Wallet Those dimensions plus the house-network add (wallet band). Genius
Same, plus Genius Merchant Wallet / listed shop Same add, higher band. Listing runs more than twenty parameters, including OFAC. Till receipts can also add History. Merchant
$POCK / shop neobanx House mint and house shop. Tagged house when the merchant band fires. Merchant (house)

Genius Wallet and Mercantile — one free add

Genius Wallet

Free to open. A founder, executive, board member, or named endorser with an activated Genius Wallet is verified on the house network — the patent’s bank-and-profile analog. That related party adds the house-network dimension.

Merchant — same add, more weight

A Genius Merchant Wallet / listed Ingram Mercantile shop is also free. It is the higher band of the same house-network add, because listing runs more than twenty parameters, including OFAC. Till receipts can also add History.

House $POCK and house shop neobanx are tagged house when the merchant band fires.

Deep scan

A fulsome score needs a party file, not a ticker scrape. APIs first: DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, CoinGecko, Solana RPC, GitHub, house Genius and Mercantile registries. Camoufox when the page is the product: issuer sites, docs, pump.fun coin pages, X. Everything lands in one party store — mint, named humans, connected addresses, Genius, Mercantile, holders, tape, endorsements, proof ranks — and is re-scanned on a cadence.

Propose, connect, endorse

Anyone — the project, a founder, or a fan — may propose a mint. Connect addresses are one field per connection: role dropdown (Founder, Executive, Board, Endorser) plus wallet. A separate field takes 3rd-party references (press, Grokipedia, Wikipedia). You are is the submitter email, prefilled from this device or Genius Wallet, overwritable. Nabu checks every submission — identity, each wallet, each link. Hestia emails the submitter when the listing is accepted. Each connected address is a first-level edge. A Genius Wallet on that edge adds the house-network dimension. A Genius Merchant Wallet / listed shop is the same add at the higher band. Identity still has to open before a row moves from Proposed to Tracked.

What the desk does with it

Filter

Listed on the hybrid-utility board, or not.

Block

Unverified (anon) stays off the shining-light table until a party connects.

Price

Rank order. Pro dossier for a named mint.

Search

Show me pump.fun parties with Identity open, Product live, Genius-linked team.

Research analog of the patent’s filter / block / price / search. This board does not originate loans.

What the board prints

One row per mint: ticker, mint, IIV, Identity, Product, Graph, Tenure, History, Endorsement, IM (Ingram Mercantile — Genius Merchant Wallet / listed shop; GW = Genius Wallet without a shop), holders, age in days, market cap, 180-day high/low, house-mint tag on the ticker, propose/connect.

Expansion

  1. Now — pump.fun advertised-utility set (six-month live-spend names plus last-90-day tracked names).
  2. Next — ClawPump ecosystem and Pump Fund portfolio (already a graph).
  3. Then — other pads: Meteora DBC, Four.meme, Virtuals. Same party test.
  4. Later — any Solana mint, then any chain, that claims a product and has a party.

Same IIV. New rails. The score is the product that travels.
