A new economic theory for a new age — the age of the singularity in AI — encompassing crypto, robotics, energy, and health breakthroughs that disrupt models across actuarial risk, health, education, and civilization more profoundly than the shift from agrarian economies to the industrial age. We are in the singularity age: progress multiplies exponentially across fields. Old limits and “laws” as seen through binary financial systems, rigid logic, and reductionist scientific theories must bend or break.
FTEP — Full-Time Equivalent Person (FTEPower)
The unit definition. AI or robotic productive capacity relative to a human baseline in the same metric. Unit: human-equivalents (h-eq). This is the yardstick — not yet the distinction between a rated engine and what it is using this hour.
FTEP = OAIOH
- O_AI
- AI / system output (tasks completed, value created, or standardized units such as computations per second)
- O_H
- Average human full-time output in the same metric — one baseline worker in that role
- FTEP
- Human-equivalent productivity ratio (h-eq). Core productivity multiplier of Singularity Economics
Capacity vs output — horsepower, not RPM
Capacity is the important number. An engine is rated at full fuel, not by the watts it happens to burn on a given drive. FTEP^cap is that rating. FTEP^out is utilization of the rating. Do not confuse the two.
FTEPout = u × FTEPcap
- FTEP^cap
- Rated productive capacity (h-eq) — maximum human-equivalent output when the seat or engine is fully fueled
- FTEP^out
- Actual output this period (h-eq) — what was used, highly variable
- u
- Utilization in [0, 1]. Founder attention, demand, and throttles move u. Capacity stays the KPI.
Seat capacity — named agent as a cylinder
Each BEAM seat (Hestia, Mars, Melissa, …) has a capacity equal to the human staff you would have hired to cover those functions at the scale of the business, times how completely the seat covers them, times a quality/hours factor versus an average human.
FTEPscap = Σf Hs,f · As,f · Qs,f
- s
- Named seat (agent) in BEAM
- f
- Function in that seat’s domain (e.g. Hestia: inbound CS, QA, voice, triage)
- H_{s,f}
- Human FTE that would be staffed to cover function f at this business’s scale (the replacement org chart)
- A_{s,f}
- Automation / coverage in [0, 1] — how much of f the seat actually performs
- Q_{s,f}
- Quality, hours, and scope versus an average human (24/7, languages, no 6-month ramp). Conservative default Q = 1
BEAM capacity — the engine at full fuel
BEAM (BROK Engagement Activation Machine) is the sum of named seats at rated capacity. That is the horsepower of the stack — Kiron, Hestia, NABU, Melissa, Sentinel, BROK-CMO, Mercury, Mars, Forge, Vault, Ledger, Atlas, and backstage seats.
FTEPBEAMcap = Σs ∈ S FTEPscap
- S
- The set of named BEAM seats (the pantheon as adopted by the Founder)
- FTEP_BEAM^cap
- Rated engine capacity (h-eq). Neobanx/BROK operating estimate ≈ 96 (range 85–105). Not a payroll count.
Governed FTEP — Governess as engine governor
Founder throttles, Kiron orchestration limits, and Governess guardrails are legitimate. A governor on an engine is not a defect. Governed FTEP is capacity times those brakes — the power you are allowed to use, not the size of the mill.
FTEPgov = Γ × FTEPBEAMcap,Γ = γF · γK · γG
- Γ
- Governor product in (0, 1]. Operating estimate ≈ 0.58 as of 24 Aug 2026
- γ_F
- Founder judgment bandwidth — attention, capital, legal accountability (bottleneck, not a bug)
- γ_K
- Kiron orchestration — how much of the pantheon can be conducted at once
- γ_G
- Governess function — compliance, freezes, checks, guardrails (distinct from Governess as a capacity seat)
- FTEP^gov
- Governed output rating (h-eq). 96 × 0.58 ≈ 56 today — over 50, well below rated capacity. Automation coverage already sits inside A_{s,f}
Energy efficiency (E) — MPG for productive capacity
How much human-equivalent output you get per unit of energy — sustainable leverage, not brute force.
E = FTEPW
- E
- Energy efficiency (human-equivalents per watt, or per kWh at scale)
- W
- Energy consumption in watts (or kWh for larger systems)
National / aggregate productive capacity (P_nat)
How nations and communities will measure economic capacity in the singularity age: sum of machine FTEP plus remaining human work.
Pnat = Σi=1n FTEPi + J
- P_nat
- Total productive capacity of a nation, network, or community
- n
- Number of AI systems and/or Zero Person Enterprises (ZPEs)
- FTEP_i
- FTEP of the i-th AI system or ZPE
- J
- Remaining human jobs (hybrid measure — people still in the loop)
ZPE contribution (Z)
Zero Person Enterprises as a scalable term: many sovereign ZPEs, each carrying average FTEP, compound national and family abundance.
Z = m × FTEP̄ZPE
- Z
- Aggregate ZPE productive contribution (human-equivalents)
- m
- Number of Zero Person Enterprises
- FTEP̄_ZPE
- Average FTEP per ZPE
C-ROI — Computational Return on Investment
Master efficiency metric for singularity stacks: economic, transactional, agentic, and societal value per unit of compute, energy, and residual regulatory drag. Higher C-ROI systems attract capital, talent, and network effects. V_out includes ZPE activations and BROK/IEM decisions.
C-ROI = Vout × Espace × Ssettle × RfreeCin + Pconsumed + Rresidual
- V_out
- Value output (USD or tokenized) — settled volume, BROK/IEM decisions, ZPE activations, network utility
- E_space
- Space infrastructure efficiency multiplier (orbital compute, energy, latency advantages as they scale)
- S_settle
- Settlement security premium (e.g. Bitcoin finality with efficient execution layers)
- R_free
- Regulatory freedom / sovereign-collapse multiplier — gains from collapsing irrational compliance drag
- C_in
- Computational input (FLOPs, core-hours, normalized compute units)
- P_consumed
- Power / energy consumed (kWh or normalized energy units)
- R_residual
- Residual regulatory cost remaining; approaches zero in a fully sovereign / extraterritorial model
Operating control — authorization and records· expand· collapseSeat QA · Governess · Founder gate · git and dated files
Neobanx Software, Inc. authorizes work through named BEAM seats, not a Jira-class ticket queue. Each seat performs first-pass quality assurance. The Governess function applies compliance, privacy, and truthfulness review. The Founder authorizes capital, legal, public communications, and money, and remains legally accountable. That product is the governor Γ: rated capacity ≈ 96 h-eq; governed output ≈ 56 h-eq as of 24 August 2026. Records are git history, dated hand-off files, and session logs. Neobanx is software, not a bank. FTEP figures are operating estimates — not payroll, not audited FTE, not a claim that 100 unsupervised humans are employed. Governess is not licensed counsel, a CPA, or a bank compliance officer of record.
ship = QAs · γG · γF
- QA_s
- First-pass quality assurance by the named seat against its written charter, before work leaves that seat
- γ_G
- Governess function — compliance posture, privacy, and truthfulness of claims (distinct from Governess as a capacity seat)
- γ_F
- Founder authorization — capital, legal, public communications, money, and veto. Present limiting factor on governed output
- ship
- What is allowed to leave the mill. Same control as FTEP^gov = Γ × FTEP_BEAM^cap. Trail: git, dated TO_<Seat> hand-offs, session records
Conceptual framework for education and product design — not investment advice, not audited financial statements, not a payroll count, not medical advice. FTEP^cap is a rated-capacity estimate (horsepower). FTEP^gov is governed output. Neither is a claim that 100 humans are currently running unsupervised. Operating-control memorandum (due diligence, 24 Aug 2026, v1.0) is the dated third-party description of seats, records, and accountability. Formulas expand as Singularity Economics develops.
