1. Agreement
By using brok.neobanx.com, Genius Wallet, BROK chat/tools, paid subscriptions, $POCK utility credits, or official NeoBanx community surfaces (including the Melissa Discord bot and related Telegram bots), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. What BROK is (and is not)
BROK is software: an AI assistant and related tools for education, productivity, decision support, and prepaid utility access. It is not a chartered bank, not FDIC-insured, not an investment adviser, and not a broker-dealer. Nothing on the service is investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. Digital assets including $POCK are utility credits for the BROK system; value can change. Do your own research.
3. Accounts & Genius Wallet
You are responsible for safeguarding Device PINs, account codes (BROK-…), and any self-custody keys you control. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Purchases via Stripe or other processors are subject to their terms as well as ours.
4. Community bots (Melissa & others)
Official bots may moderate, answer FAQs, welcome members, and share product links in Discord, Telegram, or similar. They may process message content necessary to respond or enforce rules. Do not use bots for scams, impersonation, illegal activity, or unapproved financial promotions. We may log moderation actions for safety and product improvement.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, malware, unauthorized access, market manipulation claims, fake “guaranteed returns,” or content that violates applicable law or Discord/Telegram platform rules. We may remove content and restrict access without notice where needed to protect the hive.
6. Payments & refunds
Subscription and $POCK top-up prices are shown at checkout. Digital/utility credits and AI usage are generally non-refundable once delivered except where required by law or at our discretion for clear billing error.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided “as is.” AI outputs can be wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoBanx disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
8. SMS verification
If you request a verification text in your logged-in BROK account (type your mobile number and tap Send code), you consent to receive a one-time SMS code from NeoBanx. Frequency: one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email info@neobanx.com. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
