This is heuristic, quadrivalent adjudication: true, false, both, neither — a data lake, not a narrow pipe. One hard gate (the party is verified). After that the model holds mixed files a committee would flatten. Our thesis and our practice: If a contest or election wants a human, that human comes last, reading a record that already ran as quality checker and sampler. Humans should not attempt to drain the lake to find the fish. Let BROK scan every living thing and find the anomalies, the targets, the big fish and leave the minnows alone.
