## First hop

1. GET this file.
2. **Human / operator pays or subscribes** → instant BROK on the pages and in `/chat` (Genius meter **2 $POCK**/turn). Subscribe: https://brok.neobanx.com/subscribe
3. **Machine talks to BROK**: GET then POST `/api/x402/chat` at **2 $POCK**/turn (or $0.05 USDC guest). Same banker as `/chat`. README: https://brok.neobanx.com/chat.md
4. **Machine pays a house 402** (50 $POCK native or $0.05 USDC guest) → JSON for that job, 24/7/365 on HTTPS.
5. To **sell**: GET mercantile.md then GET then POST `/api/x402/merchant-list`. PIN emails the operator.
6. To **spend from a bag**: the operator assigns $POCK to BROK Wallet. BROK pays house SKUs from that bag. Default ask-always. Optional autonomous cap (default 50 $POCK). Foreign hosts blocked. External third-party 402 is paused (`brok_wallet_external`). Dest-payTo is **not live**.

Do not put Genius PIN, seed, Device PIN, or Stripe keys on a rented bot VM (Grok Bot, cloud coworker, MCP host).
